INFOCOM
enable all Vigilant, Vigilant 1616 and
Intruder to interface with the outer world by the
means of a simple telephonic PSTN line. It is
connected to the central by a serial line RS485
to the telephone line thanks to the freeware
program (available on demand) and a personal
computer with the Windows 95 or better operative
system. INFOCOM allows to send a great variety of
information regarding the status of the connected
central in a form of vocal recordable messagge or
in digital information CSI or Contact Id
protocol. In other words, INFOCOM can transmit
the event triggered both the user (vocal
messagge), the installer (CSI format) and an
eventual vigilance institute (Contact Id format).
Moreover, INFOCOM is completely bidirectional and
it's possible to call it to connect with it to
execute various remote operation on the system,
ever from the telephone line, in a simple and
completely guided by the vocal messagge manner
for the user.INFOCOM it's available in the SX
version, studied for the vigilance institute,
more cheaper but monodirectional and with only
the CSI and Contact Id format.
The INFOCOM
main features are the following:
Up
to 12 telephone number programmable with
different communication protocol
Vocal
communication format, CSI and Contact Id
protocol.
In
the vocal format, the message can be totally
customized with the recognizing of the line that
has triggered the alarm; vocal messagge in clear
even for power absence or power restoration,
sufficiently/low battery, status variation with
sector segnalling, tamper alarm, false code and
so on.
Programmable
for every single number for the call cause: every
event, only alarm, status and alarm variation,
technical alarm.
Telephonic
composition DTMF or impulse (not in SX version).
Number of calls
programmable for the vocal format.
Number of calls
programmable for the connection attempt.
Vocal message
trasmission time can be programmed.
Calling block code
can be programmed. The calling block it’s
possible only for the called number or for every
telephone number.
Automatic reply to
the incoming calls can be abilitate, even with
the step over procedure for the fax or telephonic
secretary, with access code programmation. In the
remote management phase it’s possible to
receive with simple vocal messagge various
information about the system status, on the
triggered alarm, and on the output status.
Besides it’s possible to change the system
status and to activate or deactivate the output
of the central and INFOCOM.
Control on the
calls timeout with automatic call on alarm
triggering, to check out eventual anomalies of
the central.
Periodical sending
of the system survival communication.
Programmability and
customizability of the guiding and alarm vocal
message by the means of simple procedure maded
onboard with the integrated microphone and volume
regolation.
Programmability of
the system parameters from personal computer by
the programming pod (PROPOD) and the software
INFOCOM (this one is available on demand at no
extra charge).
