OPTICBUS

	OPTICBUS is an interface able to be connected to every CENTRO SICUREZZA ITALIA made control panel using a serial connection RS485 or RS232. Thanks to it, it is possible to realize a fiber optic connection between the control panel and the peripherals, also using pass-through interfaces able to retransmit the optic signal and so using more peripherals on the bus and increasing the maximum connection lenght that is about 2 Km. The optic fiber has a virtual immunity against every kind of electro-magnetic noises and damages; for this reason, it is possible to install the optic cable in every ambient, regardless the presence of high voltages or currents. With OPTICBUS, it is possible to realize every kind of serial connection for SYSTEM and XC2000 control panels: Connection of the RS485 serial bus with every kind of peripheral. Connection of the RS232 serial with the personal computer. Connection of the RS232 serial with the printer. One interface is connectable only with one serial line (RS485 or RS232). Normally, the OPTICBUS interface is most useful for the connection of the RS485 serial bus, that is the most installed in ambients with high electrical noises. OPTICBUS is realized in two different configurations: OPTICBUS-SX: Allows the terminal communication, and can be used only as first or last interface of a communication line. OPTICBUS-DX: Allows the pass-through communication and the connection with local peripherals. It can be installed between two OPTICBUS-SX as a central interface, and is able to repeat the optic signal. Any number of OPTICBUS-DX interfaces can be installed in a transmission bus. Obviously, it is useful only in application regarding a RS485 serial bus, that has multiple receivers/transmitters. Dimensions: mm. 178x115x50
*MULTIBUS*
	MULTIBUS it's a multiplexer board for the serial bus RS485 that can transform a single serial bus from theXC2000 central in six different bus that can be used for the "X" series peripheral (Xesp, Xkb, Xseu). Allowing to start from the central with different bus, allowing a "star" connection type normally not possible for the characteristic of the RS485 serial interface.
